Welcome to our 2 Health Nuts Blog! This site was created to share health related information with our family and friends. We have spent an enormous amount of hours studying and researching health and fitness in order to regain our own health. After sharing what we had learned with family and friends we realized we were on the right track when we saw not only our own health improve, but those of our loved ones and friends.

Our names are Darlene & Doug. I (Darlene) have battled a chronic debilitating disease for over 20 years. During this time, I saw doctor after doctor and took the drugs they prescribed, yet never really saw improvement. Actually, I was getting worse. I just knew there had to be a better way.
